Last Night’s Tremont Salad

2 small heads of lettuce: Wonder City Farm

Dressing:
1 cucumber: Red Basket Farm
1 sweet onion: Red Basket Farm
1 green pepper: Red Basket Farm
4 nectarines: Knoble Farms
1 small medium hot pepper
Splash of maple syrup
Splash of lime juice
Pulse in food processor until slightly blended but chunky

Toppings:
Goat cheese Feta: Lake Erie Creamery
Blueberries: Riverside Garden
chopped pecans

And of course, we had blueberry waffles with butter on the side!
