Fresh Tomato Sauce

Quick, easy and tasty. Hope you enjoy it. The amounts can be varied to suit your needs.

Chop one onion and saute in 1/4 cup of olive oil. No need to brown, just cook until translucent. Add one clove of garlic, also chopped.

Cook 2 pounds of pasta.
(The above two steps can go on simutaneously)

Roughly chop about 5 or 6 tomatoes and add to a large mixing bowl.
Chop oregano and add to bowl.
Chop rosemary and add to bowl.
Mix the contents of the bowl.

When onions are translucent, add to bowl and mix
When pasta is done to your taste, drain, add to bowl and mix.

Serve with a shaving of Romano or Parmesean cheese, a good bread and a glass of wine.

Variations:
Salt and Pepper to taste.
or
Add a splash of balsamic vinegar.
